This independent Critical Access Hospital seeks a Family Medicine physician to deliver full scope primary care, including surgical obstetrics, to a welcoming community with convenient access to Minneapolis and Madison. The hospital offers modern facilities, advanced equipment, and experienced clinical support.
Opportunity Highlights:
• Full scope Family Medicine with surgical obstetrics

• Moderate patient volume and 30 minute appointment times to support strong patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary up to $341,000 with earning potential reaching $450,000
• Robust incentives with up to $50,000 sign on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, $10,000 CME stipend, and student loan repayment.
