My client is the largest independent provider of nursing home care, memory care and rehabilitation care in Ireland and due to continued expansion of homes and services, are currently recruiting for experienced Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Manager in multiple locations throughout Ireland.

The organisations success is underpinned by their clinical governance and this, combined with their patient centred approach, has insured successful HIQA accreditation.

To be considered for these roles, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified RGN with at least 3 years' experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person.
  • Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
  • No less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
  • Registered on appropriate part of NMBI live register.
  • Proven track record in healthcare clinical management.
  • Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
