The Opportunity
As Territory Sales Manager for NSW/ACT, you will take ownership of a well-established territory across private and public surgical hospitals and day surgery clinics.
This is a hands-on, in-field role for someone who loves selling tangible products, thrives on demonstrations and enjoys being actively involved in the full sales process — including setup, logistics and delivery of trials and product evaluations.
You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting and demonstrating capital equipment, and building strong relationships with clinical, engineering and financial stakeholders.

The Opportunity
As Territory Sales Manager for NSW/ACT, you will take ownership of a well-established territory across private and public surgical hospitals and day surgery clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a defined NSW/ACT territory
- Driving new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and in-service training
- Supporting and hands-on coordination of clinical trials, ensuring successful conversion to sales
- Managing logistics, preparation and setup of equipment for demonstrations
- Building strong relationships with clinicians, biomedical engineers and capital decision-makers
- Executing commercial and promotional plans
- Collaborating closely with technical service teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer insights
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated, driven salesperson who enjoys being on the road, working autonomously and taking ownership of results.
You may come from:
- Capital equipment sales
- Automotive / technical sales
- Office technology / document solutions
- Mechanical, electrical or engineering-related industries
If you’re looking to transition into the medical devices / healthcare sector, this is a rare and supported entry point with full product training provided.
You will bring:
- Proven sales experience (Sales Rep, Account Executive, or similar)
- A passion for product-based selling and demonstrations
- Confidence presenting to varied audiences
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A hands-on mindset — comfortable with equipment setup and trial coordination
- High levels of organisation, ownership and professionalism
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, field-based role
- Driver’s licence
