We're hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Union City, PA. In this role, you'll assemble parts and components, use hand and power tools, inspect finished products for quality, and follow safety and production standards. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read basic work instructions are important.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.

• Gather and inspect materials, prepare components as needed, and use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

• Perform quality checks throughout the process, identify and report defects or issues, and ensure finished products meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Candidates should be able to read basic assembly instructions and blueprints, have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and basic problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and follow safety guidelines is essential.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $15.50 – $17.50 per hour

• 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
