Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new safety and compliance platform across a large, multi-site infrastructure environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on delivering a structured rollout across multiple depots and operational teams, ensuring standardised processes and improved compliance across the
workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new safety and compliance system
- Manage rollout across multiple sites and operational locations
- Coordinate vendors, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Oversee system configuration alignment to business requirements
- Engage stakeholders across operations, leadership, and PMO functions
- Manage risks, issues, and reporting through structured governance frameworks
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering system implementations or platform rollouts
- Experience working across multi-site or operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (site to senior leadership)
- Ability to operate within PMO/EPMO structures
- Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
