Maintenance Electrician

Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Maintenance Electrician to join their facility in Coalville, Leicester.

You will have a Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification to be suitable for this role. Level 3 Electrician's with an 18th Edition may apply if you have worked within large commercial or industrial industries and are wishing to get into the buoyant FMCG sector. As an Electrical Maintenance Electrician your key responsibilities include:

• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and GMP compliance
• Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance support across all production areas
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime
• Highlight areas for performance improvement and reliability across the site

What You’ll Bring:

• Apprentice trained to level 3 - electrical
• An 18th Edition
• Manufacturing, commercial or industrial experience – FMCG / food not necessary!
• A team player and a pro-active mind set with a desire to drive improvements
