The opportunity
With exciting organisational changes underway and a newly structured national Customer Service team, this role offers the opportunity to be part of something evolving and impactful. As the first point of contact, you will manage inbound calls and customer enquiries for the national transport team, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience. Bringing a naturally customer centric and solutions focused approach, your strong active listening skills will enable you to identify potential sales opportunities for the team. You will provide accurate service insights, resolve issues proactively and play a key role in maintaining a high performing, customer-first culture.
Selection criteria
- Proven experience handling high-volume inbound customer enquiries
- Strong call control and active listening skills
- Industry exposure to logistics, transport or freight ( highly advantageous)
- Confident communicator with a customer and outcome-focused approach
- Systems savvy across MS Office and CRM platforms
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
