What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
  • Leading by example on the shop floor and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Building genuine relationships with customers through styling and product knowledge
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving sales and achieving store targets
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store always looks its best
  • Managing stock processes and supporting day-to-day administration
  • Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
What we're looking for:
  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion or apparel
  • A genuine passion for womenswear, trends, and personal styling
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence leading and motivating a team
  • Commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive results
  • A hands-on approach and positive attitude
  • Someone who loves being on the shop floor and engaging with customers
