Senior IT Business Analyst

A global Financial Services company is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join its transformation team. This is a key role bridging the business and IT organizations, with responsibilities spanning business analysis, digital transformation (DX), and enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. Beyond solving business challenges, you will play a significant role in driving strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation. This position offers a high degree of ownership and influence while working in a global, English-speaking environment where you can create value from both business and technology perspectives.

Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives
- Partner with business functions, including Distribution, Operations, and Marketing, to deliver cross-functional transformation programs
- Provide IT expertise to support business strategy development and transformation planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to elicit business requirements and perform As-Is / To-Be process analysis
- Identify business challenges and improvement opportunities, recommending appropriate technology solutions
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Translate agreed business strategies into actionable implementation plans
- Support the Lead IT Business Analyst in developing roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risk management plans, and governance frameworks
- Participate in enterprise digital transformation (DX) and business transformation initiatives as the key interface between business and IT
- Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to promote Agile adoption and best practices
- Support the successful execution of transformation initiatives and contribute to overall project success
- Leverage your expertise as a Senior IT Business Analyst to strengthen team capabilities and organizational maturity
- Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and coaching to improve overall team performance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective decision-making
- Develop toward a future management role by contributing to team leadership, resource planning, talent development, and organizational management

Required Skills
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst within the insurance industry, with exposure to areas such as omnichannel initiatives, business process improvement, and digital transformation (knowledge of insurance products and insurance regulations is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management, business stakeholders, and IT teams

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days remote work per week)
