Sourcing Lead - Talent Acquisition Partner Based Madrid

We have been engaged by a leading global Clinical Research Organisation to appoint an experienced Sourcing Lead / Specialist  Resourcer to support its Talent Acquisition team in Madrid.

This is a dedicated sourcing role supporting recruitment across a broad FSP portfolio, identifying and engaging high-quality talent across a range of clinical research and life sciences positions.

Working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will take ownership of candidate sourcing and pipeline development, helping ensure recruiters and hiring teams have access to strong, relevant talent across multiple searches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source and engage candidates across a range of FSP and clinical research positions.
• Build targeted talent pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, databases, professional networks and other sourcing channels to identify relevant talent.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within Workday.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand role priorities and candidate profiles.
• Provide market insight around candidate availability, competitor activity and talent pools.
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Support multiple searches simultaneously within a fast-moving international recruitment environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Resourcers, Talent Sourcers or Recruitment Consultants who enjoy the candidate identification and engagement side of recruitment.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience within life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or a related sector.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing methods.
• Confidence approaching and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience would be particularly useful.
• The ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of an international Talent Acquisition team.
• Professional fluency in English.

Spanish does not need to be your first language, although you will need to be comfortable working from the Madrid office 2–3 days per week.
