- 6 doctor model (2 physicians during the day and 1 physician on at night in-house)
- 130 beds; 11 ICU Beds
- Average census: 28-30 patients total (14-15 patients per physician)
- Nocturnist work load: 3-4 admits per night
- EMR System: They currently do paper charting but we will be rolling out an EMR system.
- Full Subspecialty Support except Neurologists
- ER is currently running the codes
- Open ICU
- No procedures required
