BROOK Recruitment is partnering with a growing boutique property developer to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution across an exciting development pipeline.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project marketing campaigns, working closely with key stakeholders to drive project launches, brand positioning and customer engagement initiatives.

This is far more than a traditional marketing role. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, contribute ideas and play a key role in shaping both project outcomes and the broader brand as the business continues to grow.

The Opportunity • Lead end-to-end project marketing campaigns across multiple developments
• Develop and execute project launch strategies
• Manage branding, creative, digital and content initiatives
• Coordinate agencies, consultants and creative partners
• Oversee websites, signage, display suites, events and marketing collateral
• Drive engagement across CRM, EDM, social media and digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Support the ongoing growth and positioning of the business brand About You • Previous property development or project marketing experience is essential
• 4+ years' marketing experience
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns from concept through to execution
• Commercially minded with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Passionate about property, branding and customer experience
