This top-ranking, independent hospital in the Greater St. Louis area offers a refreshing change from the politics and bureaucracy of large hospital systems. Known for providing its physicians with greater autonomy and an emphasis on work-life balance, we are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic medical group.
The Opportunity:
• Enjoy a mix of general ENT cases, with the flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests as desired
• Work in updated hospital ORs or at a brand-new, cutting-edge ASC equipped with the latest technologies
• 4-day work week with 6 weeks of PTO
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary: $535,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
• Sign on bonus, residency stipend, 403b and 457 Top Hat plans, full suite of benefits
• H1B sponsorship
