CSA Package Manager (Architectural/Fit-Out) – Data Centre Project

Skellefteå, Sweden | €competitive salary + Full Overseas Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a leading engineering contractor delivering one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre developments. Based in Skellefteå, northern Sweden, you'll play a key role in the delivery of a major mission-critical project on a redeveloped industrial site, with the overall programme expected to run for approximately 8–9 years.

Reporting to the CSA Lead, you'll take ownership of either structural or architectural CSA packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working for a main contractor.
• Proven experience delivering architectural, fit-out or structural CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, package interfaces and programme delivery.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
• Committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated CSA packages from procurement through to final handover.
• Manage package scope, programme and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and in line with project requirements.
• Monitor package progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review subcontractor scopes, tender returns and package pricing.
• Support procurement activities, including management of long-lead materials and specialist equipment.
• Work closely with engineering, design, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of works.
• Track the delivery and installation of architectural materials, fixtures and finishes.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control across all package elements.
• Review subcontractor payment applications alongside the commercial team.
• Attend project coordination and client meetings as required.
• Support project handover and close-out, ensuring all documentation is completed to the required standard.
