We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of major mineral processing projects across the resources sector. This role will suit a professional with a strong background in project execution within an EPCM, engineering consultancy, construction contractor, or project delivery environment.
Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement through all phases of project delivery.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement through all phases of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of mineral processing projects from initiation through to commissioning.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Provide leadership to project teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective contract administration and management of project change processes.
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering mineral processing projects within the mining and resources sector.
- Proven track record managing project execution within an EPCM, engineering consultancy, or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, risk management, and commercial principles.
- Experience working across greenfield and/or brownfield project environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering successful project outcomes.
