Sales Engineer – Wireless communications - Remote EU, up to 50% travel

An innovative wireless technology company is seeking a Sales Engineer to play a hands-on role at the heart of their next-generation technology for unmanned systems.

You will be at the intersection of customer success, field engineering, and mission execution—guiding leading OEMs from first technical evaluation through field testing and real-world deployment.

As a Sales Engineer, you will own customer-facing engineering engagements, solve complex RF and networking challenges, and ensure reliable, high-performance communications in demanding environments.

What you’ll do as a Sales Engineer:

  • Lead active customer integrations 

  • Drive successful radio design-ins

  • Troubleshoot RF technology, including propagation, antennas, link budgets, EMI/EMC and more.

  • Work closely with internal teams to accelerate success

  • Travel to lead technical workshops, demos, and field activities

  • Support field deployments, testing, and validation

What success looks like as a Sales Engineer:

  • High technical win rates across customer integration programs

  • Reliable, repeatable field performance across customer projects

  • Supporting expansion into additional platforms, programs, and deployments

  • Recognition as a trusted technical advisor by key stakeholders

What we’re looking for in a Sales Engineer:

  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Field Applications, or customer-facing integration roles

  • Strong hands-on experience with RF systems, antennas, and wireless networking

  • Experience integrating radios into complex products

  • Comfortable working in the field, solving real-world engineering challenges

  • Strong communication skills and a high-ownership mindset
