Hiring: SAP O2C Lead (SAP SD & Customer Service) 

Location: Singapore (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Up to SGD $20,000/month (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Lead to drive a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation. This role is ideal for a senior functional consultant with strong leadership experience who has successfully delivered end-to-end Greenfield implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution design across SAP SD, customer master, contracts, pricing, billing, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Configure SAP Customer Service (CS), including service contracts, notifications, service orders, and resource-related billing integrated with Plant Maintenance.
  • Standardize order types, pricing, billing, and invoicing into a unified SAP S/4HANA O2C template.
  • Drive integration across SAP modules and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, solution playbacks, WRICEF discussions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Lead and mentor a blended onshore/offshore functional team while serving as the primary functional lead for business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 12–15 years of SAP consulting experience.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP Customer Service (CS) experience.
  • Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations as the SAP SD Lead.
  • Strong functional consulting background with team lead or supervisory experience.
  • Experience working on cross-functional SAP integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Singapore throughout the project.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience integrating with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Experience in template design and global SAP transformation programmes
