What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute new PVC plastisols products tailored for the Chinese automotive market
  • Lead reformulation projects to meet cost and performance targets
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assigned customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and uphold safety and 5S standards

What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in PVC development, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Proficient in English for internal and customer communications
