Assistant Site Manager Cover - Kirkcaldy - £24 Per Hour DOE
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for an immediate start on a commercial site in Kirkcaldy, providing holiday cover for a concrete repairs programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive construction professional to support the smooth running of site operations over an initial period of approximately four weeks, with the potential for a permanent position within the company for the right candidate.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Rate: £24 per hour (CIS)
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks, with potential for a permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses efficiently.
- Monitor site health and safety compliance.
- Support the delivery of the concrete repairs programme.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation.
- Valid SSSTS certificate (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Good communication, organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
- Relevant CSCS card.
