ABOUT THE POSITION

As Contracts Administrator or Junior Project Manager, you will step into a role with real responsibility, real exposure, and a real pathway to where you want to be. Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will work hand-in-hand with site and project teams to drive the delivery of multiple high-end projects across NSW, early design stages right through to completion. With projects ranging from $1M to $15M, you will be operating at a level that will sharpen your skills fast, broaden your experience across diverse sectors, and position you to step into an established Project Manager role sooner than you think. DUTIES
  • Service coordination across live project portfolios
  • Variation management and contract administration
  • Procurement and supplier engagement
  • Project programming and scheduling
  • Cost control and budget tracking
  • Client management and stakeholder communication
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualification in a building related discipline preferred
  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or Junior Project Manager
  • Exposure to commercial fitout, refurbishment, or construction projects
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • A track record of commitment and stability with previous employers
