Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coat Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help prepare metal components for the powder coating process by loading parts, inspecting quality, and supporting production to ensure products meet company standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety and quality.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Powder Coat Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Loading Parts: Hang and load metal components onto the powder coat line according to production schedules.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect products before coating to ensure they meet company quality standards and are free of defects.
  • Material Handling: Safely move, stage, and organize materials throughout the production process.
  • Production Support: Work closely with production team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
  • Equipment & Work Area Maintenance: Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and operating safely.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support team initiatives while following company policies and contributing to process improvements.

In addition, you will assist with other production duties as assigned while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Material Handling: Ability to safely load, move, and stage metal products.
  • Quality Control: Strong attention to detail when inspecting products before coating.
  • Production Support: Ability to maintain production pace while producing quality work.
  • Communication: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Ability to keep work areas clean and organized while meeting production schedules.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to following all company safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements
