An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Release Manager to join a large-scale technology portfolio delivering critical business and customer-facing system enhancements across a complex enterprise environment.
This role will see you responsible for the end-to-end release management lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of multiple concurrent releases across a diverse project landscape.

This role will see you responsible for the end-to-end release management lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of multiple concurrent releases across a diverse project landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage release planning, scheduling, governance and deployment activities
- Coordinate SIT, UAT and Production releases across multiple projects
- Develop deployment strategies, cutover plans, run sheets and rollback plans
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and release approvals
- Manage release calendars and environment schedules
- Identify, manage and mitigate release risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate technical teams, project teams, business stakeholders and vendors
- Support project and delivery managers with release and deployment activities
- Drive stakeholder engagement and release communications
- Raise and manage change requests and release documentation
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, release planning and backlog management
- Assist with reporting, dashboards and governance across delivery streams
- 6+ years' experience managing releases and deployments within large, complex ICT environments
- Strong experience coordinating concurrent releases across multiple projects and teams
- Demonstrated expertise in cutover planning, deployment execution and release governance
- Experience facilitating CAB processes and change management activities
- Advanced Microsoft Project skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Utilities, energy, billing or customer platform environments
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Large-scale transformation or regulatory change programs
- Environment management and enterprise application delivery
