Compliance Administrator

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Compliance Administrator.
  
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities:  

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and contractors.
2. Maintain and update Council registers, databases, and management systems to ensure accurate compliance and regulatory records.
3. Coordinate and monitor fire safety and essential services compliance requirements, including issuing notices and managing related documentation.
4. Prepare reports, purchase orders, statistical data, and other business unit documentation while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
5. Support operational activities by prioritising requests, assisting with court-related information, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
6. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing enquiries, correspondence, records, meeting minutes, and payment processing.

  
Essential:

• 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
