About the RoleAs a Reliability & Identity Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of identity services across the organisation. You'll work closely with infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and application teams to ensure users have secure and reliable access to business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and related identity platforms.
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning and access requests.
  • Support authentication, authorisation, directory synchronisation and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access-related issues.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access technologies.
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching and health checks.
  • Contribute to identity-related projects, enhancements and platform improvements.
  • Support governance, audit and security compliance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
Skills & Experience We're looking for professionals with:
  • Experience administering enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.
  • Strong Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) experience.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing user access, security groups and permissions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to SSO, MFA, Federation Services, Azure AD Connect or Conditional Access.
  • Experience working within ITIL/ITSM environments.
  • PowerShell automation experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience within large enterprise or government environments will be highly regarded.
