About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join a busy Litigation and Insolvency team. Supporting a team of lawyers within a fast-paced practice, this role will see you involved in a broad range of legal support and administrative responsibilities while working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders. This position would suit someone who enjoys being proactive, takes pride in their work and thrives within a team-focused environment.
  • Managing files from opening through to closure, including electronic filing
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal correspondence and court documents
  • Conducting online lodgements through relevant online portals
  • Diary management and coordinating appointments
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally and confidently
  • General administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Legal Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm environment and enjoy working in a busy and collaborative team.
You will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience within a legal support role|||Strong organisational and time management skills|||The ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities|||Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar and spelling skills|||Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills|||A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing
