This is for someone who knows how to own relationships, expand accounts, and drive revenue inside complex insurance ecosystems. Our client is transforming how insurance carriers and brokers manage risk leveraging AI to reduce claims, improve loss ratios, and deliver real, measurable ROI to policyholders.

What You’ll Do? You will own and grow strategic relationships across insurance carriers and broker partners.
This includes:
- Managing and expanding high-value insurance partnerships
- Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across partner portfolios
- Building relationships with underwriters, risk managers, and C-suite stakeholders
- Presenting ROI-driven business cases tied to claims reduction and loss performance
- Developing and executing account growth strategies
- Partnering with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
- Attending partner meetings and industry events (10–20% travel)
- Consistently exceeding revenue targets
Who You Are, You’re not an order taker.
You’re someone who:
- Has 5+ years in insurance sales or insurtech
- Has a track record of outperforming quota (top 10–20%)
- Understands commercial insurance, underwriting, and risk management
- Builds deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Thinks strategically and sells consultatively
- Operates with autonomy and high accountability
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in workers’ comp, general liability, or property insurance
- Exposure to SaaS or insurtech platforms
- Existing relationships with carriers or national brokers
- Active P&C or Life & Health license
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
- OTE: $250,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
- Equity/stock options (after 180 days)
