Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a CNA to work at the Preakness Health Care Center. This role is in a long-term care setting, where you’ll support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, hands-on care in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Help respond to resident needs and support during routine or urgent situations
• Document care and maintain accurate records in the system
Requirements:
• Active CNA Certification
• Has long term care (LTC) experience
• No RTO first 90 days
