Senior Specialist, Business Data Analysis

A Global Financial firm is seeking an Senior Specialist, Business Data Analysis. This role supports decision-making and business improvement through data analytics, visualization, and automation.
The position offers opportunities to work in growth areas such as Tableau and AI/ML, collaborate with stakeholders in Japan and overseas, and contribute to data-driven business transformation.

Responsibilities: 
- Work in growth areas such as Tableau, AI/ML, and automation
- Support management decision-making through data analytics and visualization
- Contribute to business improvement through KPI reports and dashboards

Required Skills:
- 5 years of proven track record with business improvement abilities by collecting, preparing and analyze data for AI/ML use cases
- 5 years’ experience as a data analytics with experience Optimizing data analytics tools and methods, conduct predictive analysis, lead the Tableau community, and support internal users
- Familiar with data tools such as Tableau
