Position Title: Electronics Line Assembly Operator

Job Location: Katy, TX Area

Starting Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 / Hour (Dependent on experience) Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Includes structured, staggered breaks & lunches!)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Working inside an immaculate, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art electronics facility, you will help build superior industrial products:

• Precision Assembly: Follow clear, step-by-step digital work instructions to perform hands-on component assembly on an active production line.

• Equipment & Tool Operation: Safely utilize standard hand tools, light power tools, and interface with touch-screen factory data systems.

• Quality Assurance Auditing: Perform quick, proactive visual checks at your station to ensure structural accuracy and immediately flag any component defects.

• 5S Workplace Organization: Keep your individual assembly station clean, structured, and organized according to lean manufacturing principles.

• Safety Protocols: Maintain strict compliance with facility safety standards, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Language Proficiency: Must speak and read functional, conversational English to understand basic training documents, technical text displays, and safety instructions.

• Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma or GED required. Basic mechanical aptitude or previous experience with power tools and factory software systems (such as SAP or touch-screens) is a major plus!

• Physical Conditioning: Ability to stand, walk, lean, and safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout your 8-hour shift.
