Our client is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join their growing civil infrastructure team delivering major projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming works, we are seeking motivated engineering professionals with proven civil construction experience to join a high-performing project delivery team.

Opportunities are available for both local-based roles and FIFO positions, offering the chance to work on significant civil and infrastructure projects.

Project Engineer Requirements To be considered for the Project Engineer role, you will have:
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a Project Engineer position within civil construction or infrastructure
  • Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering qualification
  • Experience supporting project delivery, site operations, and subcontractor coordination
  • Understanding of construction methodologies, quality requirements, and project controls
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Senior Project Engineer Requirements To be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role, you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure projects, or currently working in a Senior Project Engineer position
  • Proven experience delivering complex civil projects from commencement through to completion
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Experience with planning, cost control, reporting, and project performance
  • Ability to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and program objectives
Project Experience Experience across the following areas will be highly regarded:
  • Major road and highway projects
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Utilities and services
  • Rail infrastructure
  • Bridges and structures
  • Mining infrastructure
  • Industrial civil projects
