MPU / Blast Crew Operators – Tier One Iron Ore Expansion Project Early–Mid September Start | 8:6 / 7:7 Roster | 12-Month Project

We are currently seeking experienced MPU Operators and Blast Crew Operators to join a major Tier One Iron Ore Expansion Project commencing in early to mid-September. This is an excellent opportunity to secure 12 months of ongoing work on a high-profile iron ore operation with a strong safety culture and long-term project stability.

About the Role Working as part of an established Drill & Blast team, you will be responsible for supporting safe and efficient blasting activities across a large-scale iron ore operation. Candidates must have proven experience in production mining environments and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Requirements MPU Operators

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating MPUs in a mining environment.
• Extensive experience in drill and blast operations.
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).
• Current Dangerous Goods Driver's Licence.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and teamwork.
• Current and relevant mining licences, tickets, and certifications.
• Ability to meet site medical and onboarding requirements.

Blast Crew Operators

• Experience working within drill and blast operations in a production mining environment.
• Strong understanding of blast crew activities, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and working effectively within a team.
• Current and relevant mining tickets, licences, and certifications.
• Ability to meet site medical and onboarding requirements.
