Site Manager - Darwin

Design & Build have partnered with an established national contractor, seeking multiple experienced Site Managers to join their Darwin team, delivering a strong pipeline of commercial new build projects across the Northern Territory.

With secured work for the next 5+ years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder known for delivering complex, large-scale projects and offering long-term career stability.

You will take ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, managing subcontractors, programme delivery, safety, quality, and day-to-day site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across commercial and defense construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain programme milestones
• Drive site safety, QA, and compliance standards
• Work closely with Project Managers and client-side stakeholders
• Lead site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to manage programmes and drive project outcomes
• Trade or construction-related qualifications preferred
• Strong understanding of WHS and quality procedures
