Process Validation Specialist – MSAT (Contractor)

Location: Waterford | Contract: Daily Rate | Duration: 12 months

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Process Validation Specialist to join its MSAT function on a contract basis.

The role will support the local MSAT team with Continued Process Verification (CPV), process validation and process monitoring, working in line with global guidance and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the site CPV strategy and CPV plans.
• Support assessment and remediation of local CPV and process-monitoring gaps.
• Contribute to process monitoring, statistical analysis and trend evaluation.
• Support process-confirmation and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, Quality and Data Science teams.
• Support preparation and review of GMP-controlled validation and CPV documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in process validation and/or CPV within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• MSAT experience preferred.
• Strong statistical analysis and process-monitoring capability.
• Good understanding of GMP and controlled documentation.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Sentinel experience desirable.
