Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support our Marketing Team in building and executing a range of marketing activities, from in-person events to digital marketing.

What you will do

• Support Marketing Team’s activities and contribute ideas to enhance activities
• Manage ongoing work with marketing suppliers (agency, design, printing, translation, etc)
• Assist with email marketing activities
• Coordinate and execute blog and White Paper postings on our local website, SNS (Facebook/Twitter) postings - including layout  based on direction of Marketing Manager.
• Collect data and analyze the impact and ROI of the marketing team’s activities – events/seminars/webinars, digital activities
• Maintain and build relationship with internal sales organization

Requirements

• Proven track record of supporting and coordinating a broad range of marketing activities in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong Japanese communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills – for dealing with partners
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project/time management skills 
• Analytical and data-driven. (Strong Excel capabilities are a plus)
• Experience with marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Google Analytics) - or willing to learn
• Experience with Web creation (preferably understanding HTML and CSS) – or willing to learn
• Experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, video-editing, etc.) is a plus
• Team player with excellent communication skills (pro-active reporting to manager, and coordination with other team members)
• Highly-organized, and self-sufficient 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a great problem solver (a plus)
• Business-level English capability for global reporting (a plus)
