Technical Automation Specialist (Python, UiPath)

Role Overview
Acting as a key technical specialist, you’ll design, build and optimise automation solutions that transform business processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python, UiPath and Power Platform
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities
• Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Support testing, deployment, and optimisation of automation initiatives
• Monitor solution performance and continuously improve outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability of automated workflows

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in automation, engineering or similar technical role
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, UiPath, Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• Experience delivering automation or workflow solutions end-to-end
• Ability to convert requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
