Detail - oriented, reliable Office Assistant to support order processing and shipping operations. To include: receiving customer orders, entering orders into internal system, preparing production paperwork, and coordinating shipping logistics and documentation. The Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft, especially Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter customer orders into the internal system
-Generate paperwork for production to fulfill orders
-Coordinate with plant to ensure timely order fulfillment
-Prepare shipping documentation and schedule shipments with carriers
-Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
-Utilize Excel to manage data, generate reports, or support other office needs
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in order entry, office administration, and/or shipping coordination preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-High attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule - Monday - Friday roughly 8am- 5pm
