Cybersecurity Engagement Consultant,

As a Cybersecurity Engagement Consultant, you will be a part of the Strategy Solutions team, responsible for providing field support to go-to-market teams to support security related aspects of the sales cycle that promote and enrich deals and contribute to customer growth. In this role you will also be overseeing the scope and delivery of purchased consultancy engagements.

What you will do

• Working with various internal teams to bring the best of  our clients as one team.
• Scope projects with customers in order to meet their requirements and needs in the best way
• Deliver cyber security consulting engagements to help customer improve their cyber security posture through the following services as SME
• Perform current state assessments of our client’s cyber security posture, including cyber posture assessments and IR readiness assessments and provide assistence with improvements.
• Provide assistance around developing CSIRT team, their strategies and roadmaps etc.
• Providing assistance in creating effective cyber security related policy and procedure including incident response procedure as well as running tabletop exercise.
• Work closely with other departments & functions within the organization to ensure that clear and concise communication is managed for the customer.
• Proactively review & improve service positioning and deliverables

What we look for

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or other related fields
• Previous experience in Consulting/Professional services
• 3+ years of strong experience in design and implementation of effective cyber security strategy and plans, including assessment of current cyber security posture, development of Cyber Security policy and procedure, development of CSIRT and IR procedure etc.
• Strong skills in security capabilities like Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Infrastructure Security, and Incident Response
• Project delivery experience along with a customer focused background with a strong commitment to customer success & satisfaction
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers and has a positive and proactive attitude to problem management and resolution
• Excellent verbal and written skills including report writing and presentation skills
• Working in a fast paced, dynamic and high growth work environment
• Working knowledge of English and Japanese
• Hands on experience with Endpoint Detection Systems, Anti-Virus systems, knowledge of SOC environments, Incident Response or in related roles is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
