Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a skilled & motivated Business Development Manager to join our client in Rowville, Melbourne Victoria.
Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Commercial & Industrial clients through lead databases & active prospecting
• Build & manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Manage & convert inbound & outbound Commercial & Industrial leads
• Deliver tailored proposals & recommend energy solutions aligned to client goals
• Build strong, ongoing client relationships
• Use CRM tools to manage daily workflow & reporting
• Prepare client presentations highlighting energy savings & sustainability benefits
• Educate clients on energy efficiency options including solar, battery, & LED
Essential:
• Driver's license & own vehicle
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Driven, confident communicator with a proactive, target-focused mindset
• High level of computer literacy
Desired:
• 2+ years' sales experience (phone-based or face-to-face). Sales experience preferred but not essential. We're after someone honest, hardworking, willing to learn & we will teach the energy side on the job.
