Apply directThis isn’t a standard government role. The organisation is going through a significant uplift and needs a capable Contract Administrator to step in quickly and keep things moving. Based in Parramatta (close to transport), you’ll work closely with the Procurement team, managing MW21 and related construction contracts to ensure compliance with NSW Government procurement frameworks.
You’ll take ownership of variations, EOTs, payment claims and reporting - keeping contracts on track and ensuring obligations are met without things slipping through the cracks.
What you’ll need to step in and deliver
- Proven experience in a NSW Government environment – non-negotiable
- Strong working knowledge of NSW Procurement policies and frameworks
- Experience with MW21 and/or GC21 contracts (preffered not essential)
- Hands-on capability across variations, valuations and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you can push back, influence and keep people aligned
This contract is to start immediately (as early as next week), so it will suit you if you can hit the ground running.
