Transport Administrator – Wacol Location , Temp to Perm | 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM | 

We’re currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join a leading logistics company based in Wacol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in transport and receiving administration, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transport documentation and scheduling

  • Coordinate receiving processes and ensure accurate data entry

  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external stakeholders

  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and delivery timelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a transport admin or receiving admin role

  • Proficiency in SAP and strong understanding of warehousing systems

  • Solid logistical knowledge and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am starts until 1:30pm Finish (Potential 2 weeks training on PM shift)

Location: Wacol, Brisbane

Rate: $34.89 per hour
