Product Launch Manager

As a Product Launch Manager, you will manage/standardize the process for launching and enabling new products and services as well as executing various projects across teams to accelerate product selling.
Once developing the plan, you will also be the strategy and execution leader, managing internal relationships with key stakeholders to define/develop new business domain for our further growth.

What you will do

• Manage product launch/enablement projects and drive the end to end process across the company
• Standardize both internal/external processes related to product launches, major change and EOS
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
• Analyze market demand and create business model and plan in conjunction with teams
• Define partnership strategies, write business proposals and execute Go-to-Market plans
• Manage and drive development process through planning towards the execution
• Work with the product and other customer related operation teams to define the required capability for the new business
• Align closely with teams and manage process for enabling the operations towards the execution of the new business

Requirements

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 or more years experience in the IT & software industry
• 3 years of experience with product or services launch or program management experience
• Fluent English and native-level Japanese language skill such that you can communicate complex matters to domestic and international, internal and external stakeholders 
• Familiarity with product KIKAKU, launch processes and flows
• Strong, effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and creating documents, to drive business development
• Experience operating within cross functional teams
• Experience in building partner relationships internally and externally
• Experience in managing the business or product enablement
• Project management, milestones and tasks
