We are partnering with a growing contractor delivering large-scale cladding replacement and remediation projects across Melbourne. Due to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade and cladding remediation works on occupied and live environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, play a key role in delivering critical rectification projects across Melbourne.
The Role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

The Role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing subcontractors, site teams, and daily site operations
- Coordinating cladding replacement and façade remediation works
- Driving programme, safety, and quality outcomes across projects
- Managing works within occupied buildings and live environments
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, residents, and stakeholders
- Maintaining strong site documentation and reporting
- Ensuring all works comply with CSV and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering cladding remediation, façade, or remedial building projects highly regarded
- Experience on CSV projects previously
- Strong understanding of safety, QA, and programme management
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications required
- Projects located across Melbourne
