Fund Accounting Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fund Accounting Manager or finance leader looking to join a high-performing, fast-paced organisation with significant global reach. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the Dublin office, managing a team while working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Fund Accounting Analysts.
• Oversee the month-end close process, financial reporting and reconciliations across multiple legal entities.
• Review financial statements and investor reporting.
• Work closely with Operations, Middle Office, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations.
• Support strategic projects, process improvements and systems enhancements.
• Partner with senior leadership both locally and internationally.

About You:

• 10+ years' experience within Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments or Financial Services.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent).
• Previous experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Hedge fund or alternative investment experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
