Project Delivery Lead

Working across multiple business and technology teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that support organisational transformation.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale projects involving modern business applications, data platforms and reporting solutions while collaborating with senior stakeholders, external vendors and implementation partners. Role Overview:

• Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Technology Project Lead will combine strong technical capability with proven project delivery expertise to successfully coordinate multiple enterprise technology initiatives.
• This is a hands-on role where you will actively contribute throughout the solution lifecycle from business analysis and solution design through testing, implementation and post-go-live support while leading project coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
• Although the position has no direct reports, you will provide leadership across project teams by coordinating resources, influencing decision-makers and ensuring vendors deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects in a hands-on project delivery or coordination role.
• Strong technical capability with experience in one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, Power BI, Data Warehouse/Data Integration, or Project & Program Management platforms.
• Excellent business analysis, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing project governance, risks, budgets, vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and quickly understand enterprise architectures and integrations.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct people management responsibilities
