Responsibilities of position





Are you looking for a hands-on, rewarding role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a General Laborer. In this role, you’ll support multiple areas of our production process, gain valuable experience with machinery, and collaborate with a team that values hard work and dedication.
 
What You’ll Do:
  1. Assist with sorting and preparing fresh fruit for production.
  2. Operate production machinery, including fillers, closing machines, and labeling lines.
  3. Break down boxes and help maintain an organized workspace.
  4. Sweep, squeegee, and help keep our production floor clean and safe.
  5. Work across various production areas as needed and support your teammates.
  6. Perform other duties that contribute to the team’s success.
