ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $5M to $30M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Site Engineer, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.

- End-to-end project delivery
- Project team management
- Budget control and compliance
- Client relationship management
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar delivery role
- Minimum of 8 years industry experience
- Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
- Ability to manage high-end fitout, refurbishment or new build projects from inception to handover
