A hospital-affiliated, physician-led medical group in central Massachusetts, approximately 60 miles from Boston, MA, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, multi-specialty clinical team providing high-quality, patient-centered care across a well-supported community health system.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time Family Medicine APP role in a collegial, team-based environment
  • Opportunity to practice full-scope primary care with strong physician collaboration
  • Work alongside experienced providers across primary care and multiple specialties
