Company Overview
Profusion is working with a leading financial services client who are seeking a motivated Level 2 IT Service Desk Analyst to join their high performing and close-knit team.
Role Overview
In this role you'll provide Level 2 support covering escalated support for the internal business, in an ITIL framework. You will provide excellent customer service and technical expertise.
This will include but not limited to:
- End-user support
- Ability to prioritize urgent tickets
- Voice & Video Conferencing support
- IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- Liaising with business stakeholders
You will be a sharp and enthusiastic self-starter with ambitions to grow and learn in the Infrastructure space.
The following skills and experience are required to be considered for this position:
- 5 years demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- A strong customer service focus
- ITIL experience.
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
- Microsoft Office 365 (migration, support and management) desired
- Sound ability to quickly identify and diagnose errors and resolve these logically in a short time frame.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- University degree or relevant IT certificates
