基础架构平台开发工程师

工作内容：

1、负责Zoom云平台的研发工作和架构设计，支撑Zoom中间件和内部平台工具，如数据库、缓存、CI/CD等产品在公有云、专有云、混合云等多场景形态的统一输出

2、以Kubernetes为核心，实现基础设施的服务化，构建复杂应用在多云、混合云上的统一交付和全栈自动化运维能力

3、构建统一Zoom云平台，实现容量规划、多租户管理、业务连续性和安全合规等企业级特性，满足企业级云产品的能力要求

岗位通用要求：

1、计算机相关专业本科以及以上学历，具备丰富的软件开发经验；积极向上、主动性强、有想法、抗压能力强，良好的沟通能力

2、熟练掌握Java、Golang等语言开发，有良好的编码习惯，理解该语言涉及的基础框架

3、精通任一主流公有云平台（Ali、Azure、AWS、GCP等）结构及技术特性、主流虚拟化技术，对IaaS / PaaS平台构架有深层次理解及技术洞察，有大型云平台系统架构设计经验

Paas方向岗位详细要求：

1、从事过中间件，如RPC框架、分布式锁、服务注册、服务发布、服务治理、数据同步、网关开发、多级缓存、配置中心、调用链、灰度发布、限流降级、过载保护、全链路监控等相关技术经验者优先

2、从事过运维开发工作，对部署、发布、监控、报警、运维自动化各系统技术栈有深入的了解，参与或负责开发的运维系统节点规模巨大者优先

3、从事过一站式多云部署/开箱即用、多云迁移/扩容/治理、异地多活、多云容灾的PaaS平台经验者优先

云原生方向岗位详细要求：

1、熟悉Kubernetes的系统架构和编程范式，有Operator扩展或相关产品研发经验优先

2、熟悉容器及相关的网络和存储技术，有生产环境下的开发运维经验优先

3、熟悉云原生技术栈，包括Service Mesh、Prometheus等，对CNCF项目有深入研究经验优先

Iaas方向岗位详细要求：

1、熟悉Iaas资源编排及管理, 有大规模Iaas资源生命周期管理、系统资源及配置管理、故障隔离等知识能力者优先

2、了解操作系统的基础知识，进程基础知识、中断和异常、内核同步、进程调度、内存管理、系统调用、进程通信及信号、虚拟文件系统、IO体系结构及设备驱动程序等相关知识者优先

3、对网络基础知识有一定的了解，熟悉TCP/IP协议、内核协议栈等网络深层次原理者优先，有网络相关产品（BGP/VPN/VPC）开发经验者优先
