Automotive Technician / Vehicle Assembly Technician

Location: Orlando/Winter Park/ Maitland
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Full-Time | Overtime Available

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble automotive parts, trim pieces, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, taillights, doors, hoods, and other vehicle components.
• Sand, buff, polish, and prep vehicle surfaces for paint or final delivery.
• Remove and reinstall interior and exterior vehicle components.
• Perform light mechanical repairs and assist with general vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive assembly, body shop, collision repair, vehicle restoration, or general automotive work preferred.
• Experience installing automotive parts and accessories.
• Familiarity with sanding, buffing, polishing, and surface preparation techniques.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
